Attributes about teammates and LFA
Its been two days into boot camp week 1 at Andela. It's a rather stressing period as one would put well simply without sugarcoating it. Nevertheless, when it gets hard, one needs a push and thank God one of those pushes being supportive teammates being in abundance.
I got acquainted with their names and likes just a day ago via introduction in a meeting with our LFA (learning facilitator assistant) George. Since he happens to be the big guy in this whole story. He has a couple of skills up his sleeve starting with Javascript, python of course and graphics design. He says he draws comics when he’s off the clock and also music production. Now I am waiting on seeing the comics soonest as he really promised. He is cool right?. So far, Its been good feedback has been fine and I think he helped me better my code.
Down to the other teammates, There’s Kabaliisa some friendly guy, anyone could tell in just a few seconds of meeting him. I shared a few about Andela since I wasn't a first timer like him and he listened, I think overall he’s cooperative. He says he loves listening to music and has some few skills in programming up his sleeves. And yeah, “Infinity-stones “ the group name it's him, so cool I’d say. Sofar enjoyed working with him.
We have a lady Mastullah, she is very out there, very descriptive in her communication. She says she loves learning and meeting new people. She has had major blockers from the start and I have tried to explain to her some concepts and she is a fast learner considering what she can grasp in a few minutes. She has been in lack of a PC hope she finds one to use through the entire boot camp. Good teammate though.
Lastly, I will talk about Nicodemus, who kind of is a namesake. He says he just likes music and movies. We haven't communicated that much since its remote kind of working. I appreciate that when its time to contribute he has always come through.
I think am able to work properly with these people due to my developed interpersonal and teamwork techniques. Hope it’s been a nice read through.Thank you for taking the time.
